Information you submit
Information submitted through the contact form is emailed to Senator Michaelia Cash’s office so staff can respond to your enquiry. The adapter does not create a separate WordPress database record of that message. Survey and service-request forms are handled by the website’s existing Gravity Forms installation. Newsletter subscriptions are handled by the existing MC4WP mailing-list integration.
How information may be used
Information may be used to respond to you, process a request, provide updates you asked to receive, manage website security and meet legal or parliamentary obligations. Please do not submit sensitive personal information unless it is necessary for your request.
Third-party services
Facebook posts use Meta’s embedded-post service and load automatically as you browse the home page. This may send connection information, including your IP address and browser details, to Meta. YouTube videos remain click-to-load, so Google receives connection information only after you choose to play a video. Links to external websites are governed by those websites’ privacy practices.
Website security and logs
The hosting provider and WordPress security services may record technical information such as an IP address, browser type, requested page and request time. The contact form uses salted, short-lived identifiers derived from a connection address and validated email to limit automated abuse; the adapter does not store those source values in its rate-limit keys.
